What if the photos don't show everything?

That's what the arrival check is for. When you get there, compare the place to the photos — anything worse gets photographed, priced, and sent to the client for approval before you start. You're never stuck doing extra work for free.

I'm not good with technology.

If you can use WhatsApp, you can use QuoteX. There's one link to share and a handful of buttons. Your clients don't need to download anything either — they just tap your link. And it works in your language.

Where do the photos go? Is it private?

Photos are stored securely and used only to price and document the job. Only you and your client can see them — they're never public and never used for anything else.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your trial ends after your 10th quote. You then pick a plan from $29 a month; until you do, new quote requests keep arriving, you just can't open them. No card is taken during the trial and nothing is charged automatically.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. Clients just tap your link in their browser — upload photos, accept the quote, approve extras, confirm the time. No app, no account, no password.

Can I change the price the AI suggests?

Always — the price your client first sees is never final. You review and can change every line before the confirmed quote goes out. It's your price, every time.

Do I need Stripe to get paid?

No — cash or bank transfer works fine without it. If you want clients to pay by card, connect Stripe from Settings — it's a short guided setup, usually a few minutes. QuoteX never holds your money; it goes straight into your account.
