What if the photos don't show everything?

That's what the arrival check is for. When you get there, compare the place to the photos — anything worse gets photographed, priced, and sent to the client for approval before you start. You're never stuck doing extra work for free.

I'm not good with technology.

Where do the photos go? Is it private?

Photos are stored securely and used only to price and document the job. Only you and your client can see them — they're never public and never used for anything else.
